To achieve this, our company has established an in-house quality assurance program in place for all contracts.

TSG Construction & Engineering (Pvt) Limited is a Construction, Construction Management, Engineering and Property Development Contractor (and Sub-contractor) company which values effective services management for enhanced quality and achieving higher levels of client satisfaction. As part of its quality control and assurance program, the company is committed to ensure that all services rendered are done satisfactorily to applicable standards through a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) for all projects.

The Management of TSG Construction & Engineering (Pvt) Limited is committed to the provision of world class engineering and construction services of the highest professional quality for the benefit of its clients. This is achieved through our established and effective quality assurance procedures and practices which are tailored as necessary to the expectations of individual clients.

All the staff members are responsible for compliance with the Company’s quality management system and for ensuring that all procedures and work instructions are properly executed and that standards are met.

The Company will train all staff on all processes and procedures as part of the ongoing quality assurance strategy. Our professional and personal company commitment will be to provide qualified, reliable and experienced personnel that will maintain the highest standards of ethical behavior and quality of service with a friendly and personal approach. 

Quality is provided through the development and maintenance of our quality assurance system which is based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. The extent and detail applied to individual projects will be either as agreed with individual clients or as determined by our Directors.

The Quality System is supported by the high level of commitment to quality in work for our clients by management, staff, subcontractors and suppliers. Most prospective subcontractors and suppliers also have established quality systems.

HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT

 TSG Construction & Engineering (Pvt) Limited acknowledges its social obligations in relation to employee safety, health and the environment in which our business operates, taking into account the risks and impacts associated with its processes. The Company has therefore incorporated health and safety standards in quality management practices and has developed and implemented a policy to show its commitment to safety, health and environmental welfare.

HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY STATEMENT

TSG Construction & Engineering (Pvt) Limited is dedicated to the concept that all accidents are preventable and is committed to a zero accident policy. To achieve and enhance this commitment to our policy, and foster a culture of continuous improvement of our safety, health and environment duties, the following shall be followed:

All work will be carried out in accordance with Best Management Practices (BMPs), to the relevant statutory provisions with all reasonably practicable measures being taken to avoid risk to employees and others who may be affected by our work.

Management and supervisory staff shall ensure implementation of the policy and all health and safety issues are adequately addressed at all planning levels.

The Company will fully comply with the duties placed upon it within the requirements of relevant legal, statutory, international Safety, Health and Environmental standards, whilst at all times complying with, as a matter of best practice, the requirements and duties set out within Approved Codes of practice and guidance.

All employees and sub-contractor staff are expected to co-operate and assist in the implementation of this policy. This includes co-operation with management on any Health, Safety and Environment related matters.

The Company will take all practical steps in establishing management systems to assess, monitor and control Safety, Health and Environmental hazards and risks associated with our service operations. The company will further provide all necessary materials and resources for the implementation of the management systems.

The Directors have the overall responsibility for all Safety, Health, Welfare and Environmental matters of the Company. The accountability is delegated to all levels of management. The operation of this policy and the associated procedures will be monitored and reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that they remain current and applicable to the Company’s activities. This policy has been endorsed by the Board of directors who give their full support to the implementation of the policy.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLAN

The protection of our environment is a prerequisite consideration in all decisions and actions of the Company. Coupled with our generic Environmental Management Plan (EMP), the site management will formulate a site-specific EMP prior to occupation of the project. This plan will also take into account the Employers’ EMP usually issued by their appointed Environmental Control Officer (ECO).
